Windows Update Management

The Windows Update module allows security and compliance monitoring of Windows workstations.

The main view shows the asset compliance by entity.

There are several compliance views.

  • by entity

  • by update

  • by computer

From the menu on the left the updates can be managed and validated.

The update management is divided into three lists:

  • Gray: Updates requested by workstations that require validation

  • White: List of updates qualified for automatic deployment

  • Gray: List of banned updates that will never be deployed

For each update, it is possible to take several actions

  • Enable for manual update

  • Disable for manual update

  • Approve for automatic update

  • Ban the update
